Terms and conditions

• 1. **Event Admission:** Attendance is by invitation only. Guests must register in advance and present proof of registration or invitation upon arrival.
  
  2. **Dress Code:** Guests are advised to dress appropriately for a semi-formal presentation and celebration.
  
  3. **Food and Beverages:** Food will be served as Sit down 2 course meal with dessert provided. Drinks are available at the bar at own cost. Guests must be of legal drinking age to purchase or consume alcohol.
  
  4. **Behavior:** All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying inappropriate behavior.
  
  5. **Photography:** Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to be photographed unless expressly stated otherwise.
  
  6. **Liability:** The event organizers will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety. However, neither the organizers nor the venue are responsible for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the event.
  
  7. **Non-attendance:** The organizers reserve the right to refuse refund for non-attendance.
  
  8. **Additional Terms:** By attending, guests agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
