Terms and conditions

• By registering your interest to play for Pine Rivers FC in the FQPL squad, you agree to the following terms regarding participation in organised friendly matches:
  Uniform Requirement:
  All players must purchase any required uniform (including training kits, matchday kits, and any other club-approved apparel) to be eligible to participate in official friendly matches, unless otherwise specified by the club.
  Contracted Players:
  Players who already have a formal contract in place with Pine Rivers FC may be exempt from uniform purchase requirements if outlined within their existing agreement.
  Uniform Orders:
  Uniform purchases must be made through the official club supplier. Details regarding pricing, sizing, and deadlines for orders will be provided upon confirmation of squad participation.
  Non-Compliance:
  Failure to purchase the required uniform within the stated timeframes may result in the player being ineligible for selection in friendly fixtures.
  Refunds & Exchanges:
  Uniform purchases are subject to the supplier’s refund and exchange policy. The club does not offer refunds for uniforms purchased in relation to friendly matches.
  Changes to Terms:
  Pine Rivers FC reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with notice provided to all players where applicable.
